I have to say, the dessert recipes in this cookbook are superb. I made Carrot Cake, Strawberry Protein Ice Cream and Banana Cream Pie. These recipes were amazing! Everything tasted so good. I have to admit that I was a little bit skeptical of the Banana Cream Pie because I'm not a big fan of banana but it ended up being really good! I can't believe these desserts are all healthy! Try these recipes for sweet indulgences.

Yes, you will need to shop for the ingredients needed. Some are normal everyday foods, others might be a little hard to find, depending on your grocery store.

You probably have most of those ingredients in your cabinet already. The bad thing is some recipes do require quite a few items that if you are not a cook you may have to shop for. If you are not used to preparing your own food regularly you will have to shop but it is worthwhile to do so.

Dave Ruel offers meal plan, but you can always try to incorporate the foods he recommends and those you like. If you follow the plan, you will not be hungry.
